Max Factor Eyebrow Pencil

Soft yet firm application. Brush applicator for a perfectly groomed eyebrow, defines without pulling or scratching the eyebrow.

How to use:

Comb the eyebrows with a brush first upwards and then outwards. Highlight the eyebrow line. The color of the pencil should be one shade darker than the existing color of the eyebrows.
