Returning
Dear Customer,

Thank you for shopping BEAUTYGROUP online store. We hope that you are satisfied with the goods received. When you buy in our online store, you always have the right to return the goods and get your money back or change them. If you are not satisfied with the goods and make them want to return / change, please get it done within 3 working days of receipt.

Note 1
We don't do money refund for: used cosmetic, new permanent make up machines, new lasers, any new beauty electronic equipment. 

Note 2

We return money if products is not good, damage during transportation, or need to be repaired.  

Returning or changing the goods, it is important to completely fill out the return / exchange form, which is attached to your goods ordered. The completed form with the goods please return address indicated on the wrapping.

Please note that the returned or exchanged items must meet the following requirements:
Item is returned to the original manufacturer's packaging with all manufacturer's labels.
Item must be of marketable appearance (unworn or otherwise used, undamaged and without losing value).
Cosmetics are not refundable, unless it has been opened in any other way used or damaged.
Goods returned from Lithuania must reach us within 7 working days, the goods returned from abroad - within 14 working days.
Money for the shipping cost is not returned (refunded only for the goods).
 
The Customer undertakes:
The client, bringing / exchange goods, the return shipment must specify the sender's address.
All the gifts that were included with your ordered goods must be returned with the returned item.
 
BEAUTYGROUP undertake:
Return the money to customers for poor quality goods (if defect observed in industrial production or observed discrepancies in the trade specification).
Return the money to the customer if the product does not meet the quality or appearance. Also, replacement of a different size or model - the (if the change is possible).
If a customer receives a product that is defective or any other visible defect BEAUTYGROUP electronics store to repay to the Customer delivery and return costs.
BEAUTYGROUP not responsible for shipments that were sent to the wrong address, or that have been lost. For this reason, we recommend that returned goods sent by registered mail. In this case, you will get a guarantee that the returned item reaches us.
BEATYGROUP commits upon receipt of your returned merchandise, and visual examination of the condition in 2 - 3 working days for the monetary return to the account from which they were carried out in order to pay for the goods.
 
Money back order:
Money for the goods to be returned to the Customer's account, which was carried out in order to pay for the goods.
Money is not refunded for the goods that were purchased at the einternetinės store. Also, money sunk when it was noticed that the goods have been intentionally or negligent damaged (exposed to high temperatures damaged by sharp objects, etc.).
